Electric Sludge Pump
It is mainly used in pits, drainage points and process lines where clean water pumps would block or wear too fast.
The pump has a motor drive, casing, impeller, shaft, bearing parts and seal parts. The passage should be matched with the sludge condition because soft mud, sand water and fibre water do not move in the same way. Some structures allow the gap near the impeller to be adjusted after normal wear. The inlet area should stay open, and the pipe should not make a sharp turn too close to the pump. During use, workers should watch seal water, vibration, bolt condition and bearing temperature.
The set can include pump casing, impeller, shaft, bearing assembly, seal parts, coupling, motor, base and spare wet parts when needed.
