Electric Slurry Pump

The electric slurry pump is used for slurry, tailings, ash water and mud water with abrasive particles. Model data can include 50-600 mm outlet size, 10-7000 m³/h flow, 5-60 m head and 1.5-315 kW power, based on the selected type.
It suits mines, washing lines, paper mills and site drainage when the liquid contains sand, ore, ash or fibre.

Product Introduction

The pump is a motor driven unit with casing, impeller, shaft, liner, bearing assembly, seal and base. Its wet end should be chosen by slurry density and particle hardness. Hard sand can wear parts quickly, while chemical liquid may need another material. Some pump types have an adjustable impeller gap, so performance can be kept longer after wear starts. It should run close to the selected duty point. Low flow can cause vibration, and too much flow may raise wear on the liner and impeller.

The set can include casing, impeller, shaft, bearing unit, liner, guard plate, seal, coupling, motor and base. Spare wet parts can be packed separately.
